GLOVES, GLASSES AND OTHER PROTECTIVE GEAR: Optional

LUNCH: No food is provided, please pack your child with lots of snacks and a hearty lunch.

LACE UP RUNNING SHOES:‍ ‍Close toed shoes are mandatory for biking. Velcro shoes tend to fall off, lace up is better. Stiff soles are better than flimsy soles.

WATER SHOES: Each day we swim in the river. Closed toed water shoes are required to keep feet safe. Old runners work just fine.

SWIM GEAR:‍ ‍Each day we swim. Campers need to bring a swim suit, towel, swim shoes.

BACKPACK: Riders should bring their belongings in a regular day pack which will be stored away during biking. They will not need to bike with their daypack. They may choose to being a second small trail pack for riding to hold snacks and water.

    NO SCREENS, OR CELLPHONES

GAMES AND BOOKS: Riders are welcome to bring games and books to play during free play. In the past riders have enjoyed bracelet making, rubix cubes, books and soccer.
