Refund and Cancellation
Due to limited group sizes and high demand, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Cancellations made 14 days or more to the start of the camp week will receive a full refund, minus a $50 admin fee
Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the camp start date will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp start date are non refundable
Missed Days
No refunds or credits will be provided for missed camp days due to illness, scheduling, conflicts, or other personal reasons.
Weather
Camp runs rain or shine. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, adjustments will be made to ensure safety. Refunds are not provided for weather-related changes.
